We want your new Recklessly Obsessed pieces in your hands ASAP! Here’s how it works:

    •    Processing Time: Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

    •    Shipping Time: Once shipped, expect delivery in 3–7 business days (US). International shipping may take longer.

    •    Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over $100.

    •    Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t perfect, we’ve got you covered:

    •    Returns: You can return unworn, unwashed, and tags-intact items within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we can exchange it as long as it meets the return requirements.

    •    How to Return: Email us at support@recklesslyobsessed.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions.

    •    Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 business days.

    •    Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
